Firmament Packet Fix

What?

Disables Firmament's ModAnnouncer feature, which sends the server a list of every mod you are using. Previously also fixed log spam whenever a painting item gets rendered.

Why?

This "feature" of Firmament has the potential to send a packet too large for the server to handle. My modpack alone already hits about 1/3 the max size, and I have seen (and used) larger modpacks than mine. (This has since been fixed). Additionally, I consider this to be a massive privacy breach, and also completely useless in the first place. This packet is not required for any features to work, Firmament still functions as normal. Hypixel also does not use this packet in any way.
